    normally setup your NPC. after that open your ItemScript.txt using Microsoft Excel and see there have a Column named as Medal Price. So add an value for it and make 0 for black price and normal price. And then convert your itemscript and put your item in your new npc and its done,.

    open npcscript.mcf CTRL + F and look for <John> and it will show u how .. copy it and start creating and duplicating he to get medal shop :D
