Back to the topic, What you EDITION? i understand the 2nd line you were asking to EDIT / CUSTOM Login skin on launcher and custom Login Screen. its EDITING not EDITION. Its pretty easy for launcher just use reshack to open LoginRes.DLL and for Login Screen you need to rename the .gmi file that can be located in Texture/Interface/Neointerface/ rename the

*LoginMain01.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga
*LoginMain02.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga
*LoginMain03.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga
*LoginMain04.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga
*LoginMain05.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga
*LoginMain06.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga
*LoginMain07.gmi --> from .gmi to .tga

And then start editing them to make your own custom login screen. Please do not ask ( how to edit?? ) . I already guide you really close to what you wanted to.
