NPC_Santa2.GCMDS FACE01 HAIR01 error

When I login I keep getting this error and client keeps crashing. How would I go about to removing this NPC?

I have all the tools.

use fresh NPCscript

Edit your npc script and remove the npc that is defined with this model.
But most likely you are missing textures or mesh files for that model, that's why you are getting the error.

Could someone possibly upload them? the textures and models for the santa.

He may still miss all the motions, textures and meshes.

Are you sure this mesh file NPC_Santa_10.Z3M and texture file NPC_Santa_face.dds is in the client ?

Reinstall the client and see the result .. if you still getting same error replace with original npcscript then it would be fine. i hope it works thank you
