[Row] Rank button doesnt work

Come on guys there is not any bug ...
If the server there is at least two characters with a fame, and in that character for whom you come, too, there is at least one unit of fame, when you click on rank, rank will be opened.

If you have no fame - rank button is not working, and it is normal.
