ROW v.1020 weird font

Hello all

Im using 1020 row serverfiles and have some weird font , its look so awful , every words are badly positioned by that.
With 1022+ i had normal font.
I belive i have to make some changes in client.exe to get back normal font but i dont have really idea what to search to fix it.
So im asking your help to get fixed that bad font.
I posted ss in login screen.

Lol, Official ROW use that kind font mant .
So what the problems ? Or you can't read that font ?

Problem was that text was unreadable in some sections. There is nothing wrong with my eyes but Im not sure about ur head. Thx for useful reply tho.
