Ryl2 1753 Databases - corrupt?

I've created an Ryl2 server and I recall coming across the same problem that I'm having this time around. Corrupt databases. Every post I can find has the 2005 databases and they are fucked up. No matter how much i change around the billing information I still can't log in ('user id and password incorrect'), I've tried most likely everything you're going to suggest. The way I fixed this last time was have a friend send me his databases, after restoring those the problem went away. So what I'm asking for is if anyone has working 1753 databases, please link me ;)

managed to find the problem: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.USPCheckTimeOutUser' , aka corrupt databases woohoo!

If anyone could upload the stored procedure's sql that would be fantastic. It's in youxiuser>programability>stored procedures.
