Setting Server auto kick if player use speed hack

Normally What Number For Put In Demonsetup at speedcheck for make server detect speeder? 1,2,3,4,5,6 :D

add also Admin/GM Ip Checks .. there will never hacks the GM account without same ip on adminlist =D

not works on below 100kb upload =D

i guess if set this trigers on db, can fix many bugs
