Static Ip Adress!!

Guys,Help I Me!!!
I got a problem!I cant set up static ip for my internet!!!
I have tried learn at internet,but my ip still automaticaly config

I use aztech DSL605EW.....How to config dhcp,router or wat ever.........

teach me step by step....I have search tis topic already,but not found any.....
