A few Tips Please

OK so I can usually figure out most anything when mess with it long enough, but if someone could run me through the process once of what is I'm about to ask Id greatly appreciate it as it would save me allot of time.

I know how to make tasks for scheduled quests (daily events at certain times)
I know how to add mobs and mines to maps of course
I understand aipolicy but not great at it'

What I'm trying to figure out is how those 3 tie together to make the triggers exactly to have mobs spawn at certain times (the time of the quest period) basically to make my own custom auto events and instances

If someone could explain the triggers once it would be greatly helpful, how to set the aipolicy and how to set them in the map files. Ty in advance

Create mob locales within npcgen, set a trigger id, assign trigger id to a creation id, set it to start by time not with map.

I don't have the npcgen toolset in front of me so this is pretty much from memory. when i get a chance ill check but this should pretty much be about it
