    yes..

i tryed to get rid of this problem by making gshopsev.data and this like that (i've seen it in another post ,saying that this is how i fix it..)

btw , this happends even when i don't edit anything but elements.data

i also tryed using different sEledit and it's still the same ..

Make sure the first 4 bytes of all your .data files match.

ok.. all i need to do is : 1>copy edited "elements.data" to "gamed/config"
2>start the server and maps and all
3>after the server is ready copy "elements.data"
    from "gamed/config" to your "client/element/data"
    4>play xD

No, client and server do NOT use the same gshop (like they did in 1.3.6) client uses GSHOP.DATA and GSHOP1.DATA
    server uses GSHOPSEV.DATA and GSHOPSEV1.DATA

Time stamps on the respective files need to match...

Hex or one of the specific editors out there (from ronny or bash).

I've encountered this error myself, the fix i use, after editing your elements.data and transfering it to your server, start the server (i do it from pwadmin), then using Winscp, copy the elements.data from server to your elements/data folder and launch your game.

you should try to have all of them have the same stamps, there's NO reason they shouldn't be
