How to disable vip system?

I seach on forum but I didn't find nothing about disable the vip system or to change the gshop for the old one. May someone know how to do or know a post about it?

Because there those itens that don't go way even if I clear gshop.
I search on forum for this problem but didn't find anything, maybe if you know how to edit the window points gshop you can help me?

at bottom of file you will find this

cash_vip_upgrade_score = (30,150,300,750,1800,4500)
cash_vip_reduce_score = (0,1,5,10,25,60,150)

Does changing this setting make the items that are in the gshop points tab disappear? There are two items there in Russian on top, that don't even come out of there, I wanted to disable this tab to tell the truth
