Hw change 1.4.5 version skin to 1.3.6 or 1.3.8 ??!!

IM JUST WANNA CHANGE THE SKIN OF PWSTORM .. THIS IS IN 1.4.5 VERSION. AT MASS PK I CANT .. VE RLLY LOW FPS..

AND AT THE OLD VERSION RUNING GOOD 40-50 FPS .. I SAW A GUY WHIT OLD VERSION AT THI SERVER CHEK IN YOUTUBE VIDEOS Perfect World Storm - Salmarnir v. Heaven v. Proyecto~BR - YouTube... SEE SKILL S.. FACE AND HP/MP INFO.. SQUAD SKIN , ETC..

1 i know for a fact(don't we all lol) when adding more edits on the client can mess up your pc(like most servers that have tons of content making all pc's laggy ...)... even 2x the req specs won't be enough on some things...
even with search is your friend not sure u'll find that or that it will help ... 1.4+ is like narnia the game went to a more younger audience with more shinny thingy's and crappy re-dones ... i do strongly believe it's on your end upgrade ur video card
too lazy to search but this is how it's done :
surfaces.pck all the skins are replaced with the old one
interface.pck fixed with names/positions/.dds path
have fun

Go to \element\userdata folder, open up the systemsettings.ini file with notepad. Scroll down all the way to bottom where at
[UI]
Theme = 1
Changes it to 0, open game up again then yours done.

That is actually the Chinese client, from what I recall that option was presented to the user in the UI on the Chinese client

Well if only it was a matter of fixing a simple button... But the whole old GUI is fcked up by PWI! So it needs some work to fix everything...

At the moment, the old interface pwi really broken by localizers, in the old ui are some of the files from the new ui, show ip broke, the time bar bonus luck erased. In general, improvement is required is small, it would wish. In the russian client also some points out of order, the words do not fit into the interface or the invisible word.
