I need help with my server.

Dear workers at RaGEZONE, I require help with my server aka the 1.4.5 server Arvy55 (Ragezone name :SilentKiller55) made.
So whats the problem?
Well it running fine but now I want to know how to make overpowered weapons, monsters, caves etc.
I also want to know how to send GM gear from /iweb without the server crashing.
I have seen posts do that but I don't understand half of what is going on .
So can someone do multiple videos so I can follow the video as it goes. Shout out to 343.

So, First u need understand how Perfect World work, u can made powerful weapons two ways, one is with SPECIAL Furnaces edited in the Elements.data( this file have all elements of server), two is with XML edit, which is to created up an item already done and only edit their attributes, each weapon or gear created in the game have u XML in the Database, edit with IWEB and a XML generator .

monsters, caves edit in elements.data with sEledit created for Ronny.

Yes, open elements with notepad. After you edited, you need to resave in UTF-16 LE encoding so file grows double size.

If you run PW on server I don't recommend using XML editor for editing weapon.
It is too risky. Your players data in gamedbd or your gamedbd it self can be broken if you make even a small mistake.
