because the noob who's sword will be running into is a different noob's, not his own

btw iam running on centos 6.4
using user not root. and chmod 700
it work well.

running using root is ok. but i prefer using user(not root)

using chmod 777 (just make sure only you have access to yer server)
for me, i have my team account to access ssh thats why i use non root user and chmod 700 to run a server
