Sir, you're very confused about the routines used to register and log in. My Perfect World API is for version 1.2.6/1.3.6 and everything in it, as far as I know, still works for 1.4.4.

Well i solved my problem by going about everything a different way.
Followed this guide and using ubuntu 11.04
10.04 was locking out the usb and making the shutdown/restart api to fail..several times and i found it was a bug so 11.04 it was and it works.
This is specifically for my amd 64bit system running Ubuntu as a dedicated machine.


Build by SEModer. Add Rusran
A. Install Linux (Debian / Ubuntu ... not so important)

First, update the repository
COMMAND ~: apt-get update
Then install the SSH
COMMAND ~: apt-get install openssh-server
COMMAND ~: apt-get install openjdk-6-jre
COMMAND ~: sudo tasksel install lamp-server
COMMAND ~: apt-get install phpmyadmin
COMMAND ~: sudo apt-get install libpcre++0
COMMAND ~: ln /usr/lib/libpcre++.so.0 /usr/lib/libpcre.so.0



Note: later for correct operation is required to fill in
the library for 64 bit systems.
COMMAND ~: apt-get install ia32-libs (works fine for ubuntu 10.04) (11.04 requires extras)

sudo gedit /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
Include the following line at the bottom of the file,
Include /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf
save and quit.


Two. Installing the server files
Unpack the archive to the root system
The file /home/glinkd / gamesys.conf change in 4 cases at your ip 192.168.1.** (whatever your machines ip is)

In the file /etc/table.xml /home/mauthd/etc/table.xml /home/mauthd/build/table.xml/home/mauthd/build/conf/table .xml change in the graph password "pass" on your password for MySQL

4.Install completed.
Reboot your system and run the file in a folder home

startup_min.sh

Go to phpmyadmin http:/localhost/phpmyadmin
add the code of procedures to phpmyadmin.
(see attachment for SQL database files)
Add tables first to phpmyadmin with import button.
then click pw database and SQL button and copy database files into the blank form, press go and you are done.
Reboot the server


****notes****

transfer the file in /home/gamed/libtask.so to /usr/lib and /lib
try to run you server
cd /home
./startup_min.sh


A few of these commands had no effect.
For ubuntu 11.04 i did use the ia32-libs, however support packages were also needed.
There was permissions to be set because of access denied on startup...once these were set properly i had no probs starting server.
A few pathways in home/...gamesys.conf needed correct pathways added..no biggy.
I havent added new maps as such
The SELedit, tasks, Gshop and all others need to be replaced with english (easy)
pwAdmin needs to be added.
All of these are things im going to enjoy doing in my own leisure.
I can confirm that the world map posted here by souris seemed to work with no out of sync issue (small issue anyway)
Im going to use the map pack and a script to start up all other maps for testing until i get pwAdmin integrated.

Well on my original and flawed build i had pwAdmin added and tried this function...and yes it worked as phpmyadmin showed the cubi in the pw sql tables, however this build is different and i only got it up last night late and at work currently, this is priority to me after adding all maps, i guess ile have pwAdmin added in a few days time permitting

:blush: I think's that only on phpmyadmin, but not showed on game,,, on game just show 0 Cubi

So you have tried this function and it worked from pwAdmin but didnt show on YOUR game? You have tested this YOURSELF?, or did you read this? Just want to make doubly sure because if so i may not go with pwAdmin but try iweb setup that i also have...no point pursuing something i cant fix or is unfixable. Thank you.

one more thing, what should i do about the client side? are there client files that comes with this server pack?

i have tried it . and just empty cubi, I add it from pwadmin, register, adn phpmyadmin. How about you??

@npcGHOST Providing all your networking and ip are correctly configured and permissions are correct i had to also go to var/www/register folder and 2 php scripts in there need correcting to your settings. Its hard to tell with no error to look at.

@nine. Like i posted earlier it was a flawed machine in the sense i was unable to log in with a client to actuall see but server side it did show.

hmm can you post the screen shot your character with cubi???

Lol if you go back a few posts prior to my posted guide you can see the errors i was having. That machine was a build using xampp. That build was the flawed one and i scrubbed it and went the way of the guide for this current build so there is no screenshots of phpmyadmin available now as it is gone. Its that when i was poking around in there i saw the cubi had been adddd into the pw table...usercashnow i think it was.

For the client side i used a pack from a russian forum but i have begun to integrate souris files with success, ie the elements, tasks etc. I think i hadnt got as far to add the gshop files...i have several elementclient.exe patched and a couple of them work fine..dont know if souris had one in his upload cant remember

Btw, u can also use Ronny's sql db. It will be nothing changed for the server, just register and other functions of pwadmin will work

If u have problems with cubi, download and reinstall the latest SEModer's build with correct authd protocols
