1.4.4 patched GS

thanks 343 it was working before and then i used this gs then it gave me version too low thanks for the link i did that before that gshop and gshopsev should be in the same timestamp, do i have to do it again after replacing the gs?


what im trying is changing my exp to 10x i tried changing it in template.conf but only coin drop is working so i searched this gspatched for 1.4.4 that reads ptemplate.conf it successfully loads on server side all is online but in client side im getting version low error.

i also tried MultiExp_v2 changing my working gs exp rate to 10x it successfully read and write 10x it loads i can play but it doesnt affect the exp at all its still 1x exp. any suggestions thanks

When i change the gs file,in game show the message "Your game data is out of date" something like that.And i can't log in.

Changing (JUST) your gs wouldn't do/cause that...

Well then to be properly technical GS is still not what's at fault. There's a reason GS ain't runnin', and it's not the fault of GS itself

So, if this error is because GS isn't running it's not the fault of the 'fixed' (or 'modified') GS, because it would do it with the pure virgin/unmodified GS too...

So, in order to fix the problem it needs to be attacked that way. Not as if something is wrong with the GS daemon itself, but what would be causing the GS to not run...

As much as I really hate digging this - almost buried again - post... I've gotta figure out why this just seems to hate me so much. Server was fully functional before (yes I backed original gs up) overwriting the gs serverside with this. now every time server 'boots' gs will not load. I've tried using different 1.4.4 elements - which did relatively nothing as far as I could tell. I obviously chmodded the gs so server has no issues permission-wise...
The gs01 log is yelling this at me

seems as though it's throwing error -31 but I'm not sure how useful an error number is for this..

I've looked around for a solution to this since this was released (feel free to check that with Swoosh, seeing as I've known him a while and I seem to remember us chatting on MSN trying to figure this out)... finally just said screw it and used the old gs.. but I think now is the time to fix the problem...

Go back a few posts and read about how you need to use v606 elements.data with v606 client....
