CPW Maker (Windows)

User friendly interface designed for windows users that just want to create patches with ease.
The sourcecode wasn't originally from me ( Added the credits on the program itself) , it was russian so I had to translate it and added a Metro Design to it.





Program features:

• No need installation, unlike the linux version (cpw initial)
• Embedded MySQL server (runs as virtual drive Z)
• Fully automatic creation of patches (you only need to upload files)
• No problems with Chinese characters like in Linux
