What you mean with game renamer?
Like client title rename or process rename?
If its client title you can simply do it from configs/elementclient.cfg
About the process name you can do it with reshacker as well.

With the Game Renamer you can open more then one Client.

You can do that simply by starting the game from elementclient.exe

Yeah, oh i see i posted that on 1.4.4+ section. On 1.3.6 u cant run it by using elementclient.exe .
