I have an issue is I am trying to upgrade Rank9 2nd cast to 3rd cast. I had enough every materials, the processing bar was running but it was fail at the end. I did check elements.data on both client and sever, but I still have no idea why it did not work. Same thing with Ring 15 upgrade to ring 16. Anyone has the same issue or know how to fix it? Thank you.

That version you are running 2.130.0.0 does work with 1.5.3 Tasks.data
It loads and saves changes successfully.

In fact, do not know the command gamedb and I did wipe my clsconfig using C ++ disassembler and worked bit by bit by performing trial and error, it was when I got one clean clsconfig, I can share here in the forum, only warning that why am this entire time playing on my server and found no problems, but in fact not yet played enough, but at first I think she is well fulfilling the purpose. In case you or anyone else still needs this fixed...
Unpack your interfaces.pck with sPCK or something
Find the file named hpotherb.xml (not in version01 folder)
Find "<PROGRESS Name="Prgs_HP"" and replace that line with this: <PROGRESS Name="Prgs_HP" x="109" y="34" Width="269" Height="11">
Save, repack your interfaces and done.

add them to a quest at start
