I have managed to install everything and migrated 148 to 151 with working gshop(customized merged with gshop from official client) + pwAdmin. However, i am having one problem, when i try to edit characters in pwAdmin, some characters can be edited but some characters have empty equipment/pocket/store and cannot be edited/saved. Been trying to find out whats the problem but so far have no success, can anyone suggest where to look at? I have changed all the security/table structure/protocol and even java libraries and also looked at the jsp.
Seems like these are the items to look for its either in your gshop or any of your characters . I dont believe gs would start if stack is wrong in gshopQuote:

I agree totally about using search .. Also i have seen some threads where people say "use your brain " " quit trying " " why even bother " etc etc such things are discouraging .. Making jokes are fine to an extent but insulting is not .
People need to try, most people on here that say "hey man this isn't working.... fix it" and its their first post you can tell that they haven't even tried to establish what the error is, let alone try to fix it.
That being said if you're going to get help then you need to show what steps you have taken to try and fix the issue. I'm sure most people on here that have worked with files, seen these errors hundreds of times are sick to death of seeing the same questions over and over.
I've seen people post got help... say on page 3 of this forum and on page 4 somebody else asks again that pisses me off.

I will be making a massive post with a BUNCH of erroes and how to fix them. fgru, is it alright if i use what you posted in your post and continue off of that?
I have a problem after doing some test, replacing the file from the release /home/gamed/gs and /home/gamed/config/gshopsev.data resulting to i can't login my account. I have tried replacing to the default files but still i can't connect after the server restart even all services are running without error. I can ping both server IP and Client IP.
Anyone knows what's the cause on this issue? I tried also registering a new account and it was successfully registered but still i can't logged-in the new created account.

I think your router isn't configured correctly, can you ping your host machines ip?
1. check your internet connection if there is an access outside. to test type in terminal : ping -c4 google.com
2. if no connection, configure properly your network adapter either NAT or Bridged connection depending on what resources you have.
