The item than you added don´t exists in your elements.data or your elements.data is inconsistent. I think maybe dont be the last option, but the first option. Verify if your item exists in your elements.data

The regular NPC-editor in PW-Dev package inside 343's all in 1 package works fine.

the sNPCedit doesn't work when i try to open the npgen.data file, it gets an error

LOADING ERROR!
InvalidArgument=value"1870"...

There's *multiple* NPCGEN editors on that ISO. Use the one in either /pw_dev/sNPCedit/ -or- /pw_dev/pwtools-bin/sNPCedit/

i tried both and got this error, i think it doesn't work with pw 1.5.1 v101

No, that's just for grabbing coords from within playing the game...
