Yes, the basic: All same timestamp, all the same price and export as client&server data
When finish, open both file and check if have all the same...then paste it the 4 file on both, server and client.

dont forget control type > client ... there is also a blobal price change > edit > ...
Client only needs gshop.data, gshop1.data
Server only needs gshopsev.data, gshopsev1.data
no need to have all 4 files in either server or client...

o log on to the character start location is62.

meaning: u should open your starting map wich is is62 instead open world map wich is gs01. That is why ur char log out, because the map where must enter is off.
edit the server start script!!
if your pw files are in /home
just add the line
cd /home/gamed; ./gs is62 > /home/logs/is62.log &
just below
cd /home/gamed; ./gs gs01 > /home/logs/gs01.log &
sleep 10
then every time you start the server 62 starts too
