[Release] Modified GS for Self Cast Psychic Skills

Introduction:

Hello,

I was asked to release a modified version of the V69 GS to change the Psychic's buffs to be self cast only. The GS used for the modification was found in one of the V69 server file releases. (Unfortunately I cannot remember the exact release it was from) This GS is entirely modified by myself with guidance from threads found on this forum.

Changes:
The following skills were changed to self cast only:
1100 Soul of Vengeance
1101 Soul of Silence
1208 ●Soul of Vengeance
1209 ○Soul of Vengeance
1210 ●Soul of Silence
1211 ○Soul of Silence

Notice:
The GS has been briefly tested and appears to work fine. However, I do not make any guarantees as to the usability of this GS.

The fact that instant cast is highly frowned upon by any 'veteran' of PW. It may as well be a hack or a cheat - it's SUPER lame <.< It was available in v136- but the official company fixed it with 144+... Moderator...
