Check the mysql connection string in pkupdate.jsp and put it into iweb folder and run it again when server is starting

And is it necessary to run a third bot running server?

I'm using xampp server my understanding it suppose to have mysqlimport so how do i make it access it?
it's problem i think few others are facing
