Pretty sure he means multiple status that are already in-game on the same weapon not all triggering which is a valid question.
For example
Spirit Blackhole
Square Formation
Stun
Knockback
Paralyze
All on the same weapon yet when you hit with it it only does a couple and not all of them etc.
I am also having the same problem!
