Arcane sky tab doesn't show

Anyone know why even when i reawake, it levels back to lvl 1 but the arcane sky tab doesn't show up... Even after doing all the corresponding missions to be able to reawake. Any solution? Someone who works this and can pass me please?

as i remember u have to do a little quest in primal then it will be active , ...

The problem is that when entering Primal for the first time, the mission Sacred World, which should be activated automatically, does not.
