I found the file, but I open it by winscp and goes blank, as if empty, I have to use an editor? if so which?

you dont must edit clsconfig with editor! you open the charcters ingame create account and change then his login id in phpmyadmin to 16 was it i think then edit every character and run a command in gamedbd look for that in ragezone search! there are already enough thread about it becouse in 1.45 are then classes but a account can not handle them and duplicte then some chars.. but there are already tuts out search for it!

or just edit them via iweb if you know what you're looking for. the ids are 16-25 I believe..
