Beginners problems

I have been using the PWI Server files for 3 days 1.4.5. I have some questions.
-Where / how do I quest to edit – want to translate.
-Where / how can I turn off the character start lvl 105 is?
-I would like original PWI exp rate.
-How can I use FileZilla and Navicat?

Please forgive me, I know that you all can find. Unfortunately, this is
for me hard because I can read English not so good and then the words
do not know I need to look after. I would like also nothing wrong in the

Google and the Search Function are Your friends USE THEM this question has been answered a million times over there are guide to use Navicat and Filezilla.

Hello people.

I found all of my problems. Unfortunately I still have one question:
I can open my elements.data with sELedit.exe and edit. When I start but then memory and the game the client cancels with an error message. The error message is Chinese. Has a one link for a working editor for 1.4.5 sELedit? And one more question: where can I set time in the real CET Server files, so that the events in my time zone to start properly.

And Google - not again says I've used :-) goggle

sELedit from pwTools works fine (or should)...

As far as event timing, just set the computer clock. Don't forget to set the software (Linux) and hardware clock... (Linux, Clocks, and Time)
