Can't creat any personnage

Hello,

Have a few days, my server turn ON without problems, now...

We can't creat any personnage, and when i try to push creat on the personnage selection, nothing...

i can't creat any personnages, and the present personnage doesn't appair...

Maybe this is a silly question but what is a personnage?

i make install clean of a server... and the server work 12-15 days and after... laaaags, and after... no characters on our account, when can't push "start the game" and we can't push "creat char" ingame, we can connect to the account InGame, but no characters, no stuff....

no one know the issues ?

i think i know my issue...

it's a problem with a table.xml who add anything in a usercashnow sql table... When i empty this table my serveur work perfectly..
