How to config reward for country and national war?

Hi im trying to config the rewards for country and national war (1.5.5) but dont know where to start? anyone can show for some points?

I've checked in element.data, but ít seems config towers and damage than the rewards.. so not sure it's place to change the rewards.

I've checked for gdeliveryd.conf also, but no things to found..

I think you can change rewards of Territory Reward task:
