CPW verification interrupted.

Ok this is the first time in years I have setup CPW I get everything setup and my client appears to try to update but it stops with a verification interrupted error every time I am not sure what I am doing wrong its driving me nuts.

update so i repacked evertyhing and now the update says it connected it says update complete but it never downloads my files
