1) Use Smart install maker, Advanced installer, Inno setup or other programs, that make installation packages, or make a *cup upade for launcher directly (there is tool for it, find in google). About element: get clear file and change contents in the way you want

It's because there is no directory /register in /var/www/ folder. Or because you're trying to access directory /registery ;[
Looks like you haven't installed register scripts, or path to the registration is incorrect, try IP/register.php or IP/register/register.php
Note: files should have permissions 777
