it looks like you are figuring out things fast but if u got stuck maybe you can try Psytrac's Server 1.4.4+ Release to save you all the trouble
u have there iweb and pwadmin with sendmail and all
you will need to apply my small fixes posted in the thread to make Server Control working
also iweb might run on port 8443, it does for me
