Database Connection

I have a 1.4.6 v80 server with problems in connection dabatase both in iweb as pwadmin.

I edited jakarta> webapps> iweb> manage> pwadminconfig.jsp and jakarta> webapps> iweb> WEB-INF> classes> iweb.conf. However, the error still persists, I need to edit another file?
Also, I tried to use another database (mrkillers server).
