Already searched around on all the pw sections, but couldn't find nothing to help. I been trying to disable this Santa spam from christmas 2013 events and no luck on where it can be located... Does anyone have any idea how to disable it?
Could disable decoration and most of the npcs, but the spam is still there :s

The christmas event from that list is old one.. PWI added a new one and it doesn't disable with that old ID

omg ... thats very easy ... look at npcgen > trigger > start wirh map ... read / translate the name ...
disable creation builder id: 3035 and creation builder id: 2 will fix it
also maybe required to hex aipolicy to disable red chat spam, i did just in case
yeah mastery that fixed it.
i think it's just remove snow and npc GDZ :D not for santa red chat spam

Disable chat operation in aipolicy
I know thats in aipolicy but it would take years to find the correct trigger.
Aipolicy editor should have search function... If it doesn't then you could find the string in hex editor and go to the closest policy ID that you find to that string, then check that ID in Aipolicy editor and the chat operation will be around that
Finally found a fix for that.
