elementclient.exe crashing

My elementclient.exe crashes right after the start. I only have that with the 1.5. + Clients.
I have installed all the necessary programs or components. I do not have the problem with my 1.3.6 client.
I downloaded the 1.5.3 client also already new and already tried others.

My System:
Windows 10 Home
Intel® Core™ i7-8700K
Nividia GForce 1070 OC

If more information are needed, then please write what is needed.
