    elements.data

So i figured Ill try RZ since this problem I am having has many people stumped, a few experts at that. So as most of you know I have 3rd casts forges for r9 and nv (doing all the work manually since I dont have a connection in PWI) and as most will know there is a bug with the 5 mage tops for r9 3rd casts where it requests the wrong robe's. I have went thru elements.data and found the recipe's that needed to be changed and saved it. The problem is, that when I start the server up and get in game, the change that was made to that recipe does not show on the forge. How can i get the game to show the change made to the forge? I have tried just about everything I and a few other people can think of to fix this, and we are stumped so if anyone knows the answer to this please help so that I can resume working on other things.

in fact almost any change i make to elements does not show in game, so I really need someones help who knows a lot about why this isnt working.

You added manually forges? Or elements.data converted the V66 to V63?

Ive done both added manually and downgraded. Both options dont work, like I said almost no changes I make to elements are showing in game and I am trying to figure out why.,
