How about nope. Be greatful that 1.4.5 even leaked... Way too much leaks these days. Maybe 343 will do his magic for the broad public with his release, but his wife has to bring in her Veto still I think :)
it's absolutely funny, because I use bash's tool for my v63 shop and mine works fine. If you're having issues you're doing something wrong
Additionally I built my own GSHOP for v145 with Ronny's GSHOP editor (meant for v144) and it too works just fine...

Because its not that hard to do it yourself, if you read the thread its obvious there are many "GSHOP" releases you can use to make your own.
Not everything is immediately handed over on a silver platter and you might learn something from it.
Any of the GSHOP will work..i used one from 144 release.
