    Hello need a pro xml coder

    just curious how I can go about when u starting a char with full skills and atleast 2 sparks full culti would be nice. for version 1.4.5 not sure if its the same for all versions or not but this is what I am running right now.

    somewhere in forum there is a full XML about skills for all class, else you can use pwadmin skillhexgen addon
