[HELP] Convert Precinct.clt and Region.clt to Sev

Hello,how i convert precinct.clt and region.clt to sev?
my server version is 1.5.3i tried convert using sMapTools, but the world crashes.ps: convert world precinct and regionplease, i tried all forms to converter and i failed

and precinct? i use JoLan cracked version Precinct Editor but does not work 100% for me, if character die respawn in the same place

I know he will write something so you can open the precinct.clt with a little expense

Precinc Editor By Jolan couldn't save server file.It breakes float values,so server cant read them.
