[Help] Editing Elements.data

I want to put this Boss (ID 19473) to drop this medal (ID 28350) each hour in a given location on the map!

How do I know that in elements.data edit the basic elements of the furnace XP, EXP, HP etc..
So you do not know how to make the boss appear from time to time and drop the items I choose.
