[HELP] How to buy new 'hairstyle' or 'heads' in the Gshop?

well, i'm using PW 1.4.4 and when there is nothing on the 'Heads' section in the gshop... how can I add them to the shop or to the customization character page?

get the id of hairstyle and it using sEledit to a shop...yep is simple as that..

pwtools.codeplex.com ~ simple gshop editor is in there.

Use that in conjunction with PWdatabase.com to find the ID of the hairstyles you require, add them to the gshop.

Remember to export both a server and client version and upload them to the corresponding places :)

I always export to the corresponding places and get the timestamp and everything is right, but this SHIT Usually SAYS 'Version Low....' because of the Hairstyle added..

I suppose that it happens because of the ID added. Whenever I add other ID's such as clothes or wings or anything else, It works perfectly. Where should I get the ID in the sELedit? Face Hairstyles?

Remember that gshop.data and gshopsev.data need to go onto the server.

Also, if you use the sELedit you can check whether the ID's of the hairstyles actually 'exist' within the elements.data, if they don't, this is your problem. Obviously you can't place an item into the game when it doesn't exist, which would be the reason it is telling you the version is too low. The same happens when you exceed the stack limit on an item.

The problem is not whether the items exceed 2500 or not, I already added other items and it worked normally. xD

Maybe, that's the problem, but I see the hairstyles on the sELedit and everything, then I add onto the shop, and when I buy it, ! receive another item!

How can I know if the hairstyle is on elements.data? If I don't have, how can I add it? :l

My guess would be that you have conflicting ID names on your head pieces, for example if you entered the ID 20513 in the headpieces, you would still receive a Championship Scroll.

I haven't tried doing this, so I'll give it a go and report back to you how it goes, with it being a mini LAN VM using hamachi, didn't see the need for headpieces. Anyway, you have me intrigued now.

Ok, I went into my Elements.data using sELedit, found a hairstyle at random, in this case ~ 26182 - Designer cut. Added this to my Gshop under a custom header, updated files client/server. Logged in, and I could buy and wear the designer cut.

I believe you either have an outdated elements.data, or you've tampered with ID's. With it giving you different items it isn't lack of models it tries to call otherwise you'd just receive nothing and you'd be disconnected from server.
