Please Anyone help me to answer : How to install pwadmin for pwserver 1.5.1 and iweb on ubuntu 14.0.4 Lts ?

I tried copy to /var/www/html but while i access from browser it's denied

For pwAdmin and iweb you need Tomcat or Jakarta to run it, not Apache. The default folder for Tomcat would be /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/ROOT/html in the latest version, not sure about Jakarta though, I recommend seeing my buddy Google for further assistance.
