I did it. Finally. A week. One *choose a swear* week. Sorry for the emotions.
Well, now the "how" part begins.
I'm not sure but I think it's gdeliveryd's issue. I can't say for sure but I'm 60% positive.
I used things from this thread:
* Fixed GS
* Fixed gs.conf and gsalias.conf
* Map sync (It didn't stop showing that maps are unsynced though)
* The v63 files (I also downloaded the elements.data which were supposed to be overwritten over v63files but silly me forgot to do that)
As I'm setting up a Russian server I did not use the PWI files. Btw everything was done on BeelzebubPW's base.
The gdeliveryd was used from here It works on English .data files now. I'll try the Russian ones now.

I forgot to mention one misprint in that gdeliveryd. Somewhere in the config there's "zondname" in place of "zonename"

as far as maps still being 'out of sync' you have to be using official PWi client (maps) patch v652, for my "sync fix" to work...
as far as order issues being gdeliveryd (or gdeliveryd settings) I highly believe!
I would also recommend not using the base you did, as who knows what other than GS could be 'bad', use MCNCC release :wink: I am willing to bet it will also save you future headaches :wink:
