[HELP] Turning on Instances Manually / ADD to pwAdmin

Hello, how could I turn on the Faction Base or any other instance manually? Or how can add them PWAdmin? Not all are there.

Why don't you look at the structure of pwAdmin and gs.conf server side and actually try to work it out?... i know it may be hard as this requires a functioning brain, if all fails then post what you have tried and then maybe someone will spend their precious time answering this very basic question.
Edit- precinct.clt in client will also give you map name, configs/instance.txt is also part of this structure.
