Help with UI

Hi, I want to try and edit my UI client, like how characters name look from New horizone to eclipse, edit the colours, i know its possible ive seen someone with it but wont give out, can someone help please? ;c

I looked around for couple days with no luck searching, and ive seen many kind and skilled people here so decided to ask here.

unpack surfaces.pck and interfaces.pck with sPCK

rest is editing .tga .dds in CS6 Photoshop and rest is XML files. Enjoy.

Thanks, i've tried honestly to unpack them with spck but it wasn't working, keeps saying invalid amount of arguments, when i tried with pwpack it wasnt working either, can you please help me out with that? e.e

like are these files not working for me because of my windows OS or something up with my pc?

You need to work with surfaces and interfaces to edit and some files are in configs.
i use
spck,exe -pw -x interfaces.pck
spck,exe -pw -x surfaces.pck
spck,exe -pw -x configs.pck

I tried using pwpack, but when i could it says mount of pack F

when i try with spck, it says invalid amount of arguments?

Do you not understand what i'm trying to say.. sPCk is not working for me.. neither is pwpack lol.

i guess your pck interrupted, i dont think its your windows problem. and try with run as administrator cmd

i have tried that, how is my pck interrupted? do i need to download another spck program or?
