I've been searching but not found a HEX EDITOR that works for version 1.4.6 v80 ... would be possible to indicate where I can find someone.

Uhm, hex editors work with whatever file you throw at it... learn2compute...

Download the pw_dev.iso from my release/package it has several hex editors in it
