Hi, Could anyone help me with my problem plz? (needed updated pwTools)

I want to edit the elements.data file for perfect world 1.4.4+ but every time I try to open the file it gives me an error ''LOADING EORROR! This error mostly occurs of configuration and elements.data missmatch'' I attached an Image of the error. I'm using the ''pwtools.7z'' from an post i found which has all the tools needed to editing etc..

So if anyone could help me that be great or send me a link of a previous post with similar error that is solved for 1.4.4+ client files that be awesome
