How do i open all restricted areas on 1.4.4?

How do i open all restricted areas on 1.4.4? I have searched and yet to find anything and yes I am still searching. I have tried supras tool and it didnt work for me. also the guides I found are for 1.3.6 and the pictures are no longer there. I have also tried the b05 to no avail yet (still a work in progress). Please do not flame at me or insult me for this post. but everything I have tried hasnt worked any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day ragezone!

Search for "0100000001000000010000000100000001000000" in elementclient with hex editor, now you have the sector matrix in form of an int32 array. 1 = pass; 0 = block, logically.
