How to add new pet Client side only

Hello im new on the forums, and also to perfect world modding so my question is that i just got a new pet that is client side only i have the files but i dont know how to install it says it replaces the Lil trutle baby pet, is that in models.pck or where is it? Thank you for your help in advance...

EDIT:i was reading around and i guess there is no turtle baby pet :o lol... but finding where the baby pets are store will do anyways :)
